That Burger King guy really had it coming...

Wednesday, July 21 (cycle day 4): Happy as a lark. Won Femara battle.

Thursday, July 22nd (cd 5): Still high on life. But tired after work. Probably just adjusting to life after vacation.

Friday, July 23rd (cd 6): Totally exhausted. Still in denial. Blaming fatigue on vacation.

Saturday, July 24th (cd 7): I'm totally fine, Rob. I just need a nap. Really. I'm not crazy at all. I just feel very passionately about pesto! Ok?! Hey... um...what's our zip code again?

Sunday July 25th (cd 8): Convinced mass was at 11:30 not 11. Try to believe that I do not have early onset dementia. Admit that maybe Femara is making me retarded.
Stand up for self at Burger King when cashier tries to hit the "Yes" credit card button for me among other great injustices. Call corporate to complain about Burger King guy. Grumpy with corporate for not working on Sunday. Make list of complaints for Monday.
Have insanely long "discussions" about tile choices for the bathroom with husband. Want to kill husband for liking dark tile choices. Totally lacking ability to coherently express my feelings on bathroom tile. Other than, of course, that I have VERY PASSIONATE feelings about bathroom tile.
Eventually burst into tears over something totally random and so not a big deal. Rob laughs at crying girl while giving big hug. Proclaims that I need to just admit it. I laugh while giant stupid tears take over. Because yes, Femara won. I am crazy. Dang it!

I do, however, have stretchy mucus. On day 8! That's unheard of! Might I actually ovulate on day 14 like a normal girl?? Stay tuned...

  1. This reminds me of someone else; me actually. But I think my mood swings are due to the impending menopause..... something else to look forward to, eh? Glad to hear about the stretchy mucus though ;)

  2. Don't lie. You've always had passionate feelings about tile.

I'm sorry the pills are making you tired/crazy, but I'm psyched about the stretchy mucus! I think we should buy it a welcoming gift for being so prompt.

  3. Aww, it's OK to be crazy! Hopefully it'll go away soon? I'm excited for you about the stretchy mucus though :-)

  4. Oh yeah, I forgot that real girls ovulate on day 14. I know nothing about those kinds of girls, but I am ecstatic that you might be becoming one of them. And I would probably call the burger king corporate office without the crazy pills, so consider yourself more stable than me.

  5. Thanks guys! I love my little support group. ;)
Caroline- what kind of present does stretchy mucus like? Maybe this is what I've been doing wrong all this time!
